  • A: Yes — your total booking time includes setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly so everything fits within your reserved hours.

  • A: The studio comfortably holds up to 50 guests.

  • A: Yes! You’re welcome to decorate, as long as nothing damages the walls or furniture.
    Use Command strips, removable hooks, or painter’s tape — no nails, screws, or glue. Please remove all decorations before your booking ends.

  • A: Yes — outside food, drinks, caterers, and bartenders are welcome. Just let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate load-in and cleanup.

  • Yes, you can serve alcohol. If alcohol is being sold, a valid liquor license is required. Anyone consuming alcohol must be 21+.

  • A: Vaping is okay in moderation. Smoking or hookah are not allowed inside the space or building.

  • A: Overtime is billed at $100 per hour. Please let us know in advance if you expect to run longer so we can confirm availability.

  • A: Once your inquiry is approved, you’ll receive a payment link + agreement to lock in your date. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

  • A: We accept all major credit and debit cards via Square.
    If you’d like to use another payment platform, let us know — we also accept Afterpay and Klarna for eligible bookings.

  • A: We require a 50% deposit for all events to hold your date. Full payment must be completed 7 days before your booking begins.

  • A: Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are non-refundable.
    Cancellations will be credited toward a future booking within 60 days.

  • A: Yes, as long as everything is returned to its original position before your booking ends.

  • A: Yes, DJs and live acts are welcome.

  • A: Yes! Walk-throughs are available by appointment.

  • A: Guests are responsible for any damage to the space, walls, or equipment during their booking. Please use care and contact us immediately if an issue arises.

  • A: If the time slot after yours is open, we may allow a same-day extension at $100 per hour. It’s always best to plan ahead.
